Job Summary To deliver exceptional customer service by managing online customer interactions, processing orders, ensuring proper packaging and dispatch, and maintaining Kuddy Cosmetics’ reputation for quality and professionalism across digital platforms. Job Responsibilities Online Customer Management: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, TikTok, and Instagram messages. Provide accurate product information and skincare guidance. Handle difficult customers with patience, empathy, and professionalism. Order Processing: Attend to online orders efficiently. Ensure goods are properly packaged and dispatched on time. Track deliveries and resolve order‑related issues. Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Promote Kuddy Cosmetics’ skincare products with enthusiasm and product knowledge. Maintain a positive brand image in all communications. Communication Excellence: Demonstrate exceptional phone etiquette in all calls. Speak correct and fluent English; ability to speak other Nigerian languages is an advantage. Ensure timely, professional, and courteous responses across all channels. Qualifications & Skills Prior experience in customer service, preferably in retail or cosmetics. Strong interest in skincare and beauty products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage challenging customer situations calmly. Proficiency in using social media platforms for business communication. Organizational skills to handle multiple orders and inquiries simultaneously. Candidates MUST stay within close proximity to Tradfair. Only candidates who stay close will be contacted. Work Environment: Full time In-person based in Lagos, Nigeria. Fast‑paced environment requiring multitasking and attention to detail.
