Sales Specialist – Fort Knox Group

We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth through strategic business development and client relationship management. This role involves identifying new opportunities, conducting sales presentations, and managing the full sales cycle with a focus on IT solutions and technology services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings
  • Prepare business proposals, quotations, and bid documents
  • Manage customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5–10 years of experience in Business Development or Sales
  • Previous experience selling IT solutions, software, or technology services (highly preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent relationship management and networking abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and business engagements
