Chemistry Teacher

St. Columbanus Secondary School is seeking a qualified Chemistry Teacher to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in Chemistry and the ability to deliver high-quality education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective and engaging chemistry lessons.
• Prepare lesson plans and assessments.
• Provide academic support and guidance to students.
• Participate in school activities and staff meetings.

Requirements

• Minimum of a First Degree (BA, B.Sc, or HND) in Chemistry or related field.
• Possession of a B.Ed or PGDE is an advantage.
• A Master's or PhD is considered a significant advantage.
• At least a Second Class Upper division in degree examinations.
• Demonstrated teaching ability and educational character.
• Relevant teaching experience is an advantage, but first-time applicants are welcome.
