Accountant / Inventory Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant / Inventory Officer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accounting duties including tax compliance, supervise all transactions, inventory management and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory records and monitor stock levels for apartment supplies and operational items.
• Prepare accurate financial reports, maintain proper accounting records, and perform bank reconciliations.
• Supervise, reconcile, and account for all front desk cash and other payment transactions.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and support statutory filings and financial audits.
• Monitor operational expenses, manage supplies, and ensure effective financial controls across the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in accounting and inventory management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Good knowledge of taxation, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and inventory control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.

Salary ₦150,000 per month
