Babban Gona Farmer Services Nigeria Limited is seeking talented individuals for its Career Accelerator Program, a structured training and development initiative within our innovative agricultural franchise model. This full-time role in Kaduna offers hands-on experience across multiple operational areas while building expertise in agricultural service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Farmer Recruitment and Onboarding (Support): Assist in identifying and enrolling smallholder farmers into the Babban Gona program
• Farmer Support and Monitoring (Learning): Provide ongoing support to farmers and monitor their progress and engagement
• Harvest Operations (Assistance): Support harvest coordination and logistics activities
• Produce Management and Sales (Observation): Observe and learn produce handling, aggregation, and sales processes
• Reporting and Administration (Learning): Develop skills in operational reporting and administrative documentation
