West Care Specialist Hospital is seeking a qualified and proactive Human Resource Officer to support its HR operations and contribute to a productive workplace environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee records and maintain accurate HR documentation.
• Support employee relations, engagement, and workplace initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor regulations.
• Handle leave administration and other day-to-day HR operations.
• Assist in implementing HR strategies that support organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in core HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR documentation, and compliance practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Must reside in Egbeda or nearby areas.
