Sales & Marketing Executive

Brainshare Technologies & Services Nigeria Limited is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive sales of its Internet, Connectivity, Voice, Managed Services, and Telecommunications solutions.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company's telecommunications and connectivity solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
• Follow up on enquiries and close sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with Technical and Customer Service teams to ensure quality service delivery.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline updates.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' post-NYSC sales experience.
• Experience in an ISP or telecommunications environment is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management and business development skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must reside around Lekki Phase 1, Lekki, Ikate, Victoria Island, Ajah, or surrounding areas.
• Must be professional, customer-focused, and results-driven.
