B2B Growth Hacker

We are seeking a relentless, highly adaptable B2B Growth Hacker for an AI security startup to serve as the "right hand" to the founder/CEO across all go-to-market initiatives. This is a full-time, remote position ideal for a mid-level professional who thrives in ambiguity and wants to learn elite B2B enterprise SaaS strategies.

Responsibilities

• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other tools to build highly targeted lists of CISOs, CTOs, and CFOs at Fortune 500 companies
• Coordinate personalised digital and physical outreach campaigns
• Continuously monitor the rapidly changing AI landscape and research competitor pricing, feature updates, and regulatory news (e.g., EU AI Act)
• Brief the founder on strategic gaps we can exploit
• Monitor analytics on personalised video pitches and marketing collateral, triggering immediate follow-up sequences when executives engage
• Distribute free tools and content organically across Reddit, HackerNews, and Discord to drive inbound developer traffic
• Adapt daily across diverse tasks: database scraping, cold email sequences, competitor research

Requirements

• Flawless written English for communications intended for Fortune 500 executives
• Extreme attention to detail (e.g., no typos in physical mailers to CISOs)
• Tech-savviness and understanding of generative AI basics (LLMs, APIs, prompt injection)
• Hustle and resourcefulness; ability to find workarounds when facing obstacles
• Startup agility and comfort with ambiguity
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree

Salary

NGN 250,000 – 400,000 per month (plus performance bonuses on enterprise contracts directly resulting from your campaigns)
