Student Marketer - Lagos State University

Red Bull is seeking an energetic Student Marketer to represent the brand at Lagos State University. This is a part-time campus role focused on brand activation, student engagement, and sales execution.

Responsibilities

• Embody Red Bull brand personality and represent the brand premium positioning through daily interactions
• Build and execute tailored, innovative campus activation plans that bring the brand to life
• Establish and maintain relationships with key campus figures, influencers, and content creators
• Conduct product sampling and consumer engagement at strategic locations and events
• Work Red Bull events, collegiate activations, and supported events to create memorable brand experiences
• Drive brand awareness and participation in World of Red Bull initiatives
• Grow and engage followers through authentic social media content
• Build relationships with local sales account managers to ensure product availability and visibility
• Collaborate on opening new Red Bull distribution points on and off campus
• Execute store standards and maintain brand visual presence
• Plan and report activities accurately through the online platform
• Provide local insights, trends, and business development opportunities

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Current undergraduate student at Ajayi Crowther University (NOT in first or final year)
• Valid Nigerian driver's license
• Fluent in English (additional languages advantageous)
• Flexible availability for part-time hours, including some evenings and weekends
• Strong understanding of student life, campus landscape, and local city hotspots
• Connected with influential student and management networks on campus
• Affinity for project management and sales execution
• Team player willing to represent Red Bull in branded outfits and participate in brand activities
