Business Transformation Officer
Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across multiple business units, driving process optimisation, operational excellence, and digital transformation to deliver measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead transformation initiatives focused on operational efficiency and business performance improvement
- Redesign and optimise business processes to eliminate inefficiencies and improve productivity
- Drive automation and digital transformation projects across business units
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to track transformation impact
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems
- Support leadership in executing strategic priorities and driving continuous improvement
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in consulting, operations, or business transformation
- Strong expertise in process optimisation, performance management, and change management
- Proven track record of delivering measurable business improvements
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant certifications is an added advantage
