About the role

Business Transformation Officer

Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across multiple business units, driving process optimisation, operational excellence, and digital transformation to deliver measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead transformation initiatives focused on operational efficiency and business performance improvement
  • Redesign and optimise business processes to eliminate inefficiencies and improve productivity
  • Drive automation and digital transformation projects across business units
  • Develop KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to track transformation impact
  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems
  • Support leadership in executing strategic priorities and driving continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in consulting, operations, or business transformation
  • Strong expertise in process optimisation, performance management, and change management
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable business improvements
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant certifications is an added advantage
