About the role

Client Success Agent (Customer Support)

The Credit Pros is hiring a Client Success Agent to provide remote customer support for US credit industry clients. This is a 100% remote role with paid training and a structured work schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support with a client-first orientation
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to credit cards, lines of credit, and personal loans
  • Resolve customer issues with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Learn and utilize TCP's technological suite

Requirements

  • Knowledge of the United States credit industry (credit cards, lines of credit, personal loans)
  • Customer-first orientation and empathy for client needs
  • Excellent communication skills and solution-oriented approach
  • Hunger to learn and master TCP's technology platform
  • Dedicated home workspace with equipment (details provided during interview)
  • Ability to work 09:00 AM – 09:00 PM Eastern Time (with 1 hour unpaid break)

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday: 40 hours/week (9-hour shifts)
  • Saturday shifts begin post-training
  • 1 month paid training (Monday–Friday, 09:00 AM–06:00 PM Eastern Time)

Salary

$4/hour or $693.33/month minimum
