AIDHealth Inc. is seeking a Lead Data Analyst / Statistician to support its mission of advancing health equity and humanitarian interventions in Nigeria. This role involves analyzing data to inform program decisions and improve health outcomes for marginalized populations.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement data analysis frameworks for health programs.
• Provide statistical insights to guide program strategies and evaluations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.
• Prepare reports and visualizations for stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis and statistical modeling.
• Strong skills in programming languages such as R or Python.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
