Customer Service Email Supervisor
Respond to insurance enquiries, educate clients on products, and process policy-related transactions via email. This role bridges customer communication with internal underwriting and claims teams.
Responsibilities
- Respond to general business and life insurance enquiries via email
- Educate clients on insurance products and provide policy information
- Prepare insurance quotes and issue travel certificates
- Process policy renewals and payment confirmations
- Liaise with underwriting and claims teams for endorsements and claim processing
Requirements
- Bachelor's or HND in Social Sciences
- 1–5+ years' experience in customer service
- Ability to handle difficult customers and complaints professionally
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and time management skills
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and teamwork
Nice to Have
- Customer service certification
- Master's degree
