Customer Service Email Supervisor

Respond to insurance enquiries, educate clients on products, and process policy-related transactions via email. This role bridges customer communication with internal underwriting and claims teams.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to general business and life insurance enquiries via email
  • Educate clients on insurance products and provide policy information
  • Prepare insurance quotes and issue travel certificates
  • Process policy renewals and payment confirmations
  • Liaise with underwriting and claims teams for endorsements and claim processing

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or HND in Social Sciences
  • 1–5+ years' experience in customer service
  • Ability to handle difficult customers and complaints professionally
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and time management skills
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and teamwork

Nice to Have

  • Customer service certification
  • Master's degree
