Obasanjo Farms NG is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to develop and execute procurement strategies, manage vendor relationships, and ensure cost-effective supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Create long-term supply purchase strategies aligned with company needs
• Establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases
• Build and maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships
• Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and procurement data
• Review and analyze vendor, supply, and pricing options
• Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies
• Negotiate competitive pricing and supply contracts
• Ensure high quality of products and supplies
• Maintain and update supplier lists with qualifications, delivery times, and development potential
• Collaborate with team members to complete assigned duties

Requirements

• HND or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (preferred)
• Solid knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and systems
• 3–5 years' experience as a Procurement Manager
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Navision
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts
• Integrity and ability to maintain confidential records
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively with management and staff at all levels
• Goal-oriented, organized team player

Salary

₦400,000 – ₦500,000/month
