Hex Technologies is seeking a Legal Ops professional to own and scale the operating layer of its legal function as the company grows. This role involves managing contract operations, workflow optimization, legal governance, and the use of AI tools to automate processes.

Responsibilities:

• Drive CLM adoption and enablement for the revenue team
• Own workflow optimization, templates, and playbooks
• First-pass review and redlining of standard agreements
• Build structured intake for legal workstreams across the company
• Build AI-powered workflows, agents, and automations
• Maintain legal governance records (privacy registers, AI inventory, compliance calendars)
• Train cross-functional teams on self-service tools and escalation paths
• Manage outside counsel relationships and the legal tech stack

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years in legal operations, paralegal, or contract management
• At least 1-2 years in-house at a tech or SaaS company
• Experience with CLM (Ironclad preferred), intake workflows, and reporting
• Experience reviewing and redlining commercial agreements
• Comfortable with AI and automation as part of daily work
• Autonomy and good judgment about when to escalate to lawyers
• Care about usability of what you build

Salary: $124,125 - $165,500 annually
