Branch Sales Manager – Osun

J3 Foods and Stores International is seeking a Branch Sales Manager to oversee all operations and drive business performance at our Osun branch.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all branch operations including sales, customer service, and administrative functions
• Set branch goals and objectives, working with the team to achieve them
• Develop and implement business strategies to improve operational efficiency and performance
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal regulations
• Recruit, train, supervise branch staff, and conduct performance evaluations
• Manage and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally
• Monitor and report on branch performance to higher management (sales results, customer satisfaction, branch activity)
• Coordinate with other branches and company head office
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
• Manage branch budget and allocate resources efficiently
