Sales Representative

First Excelsia Professional Services Limited is recruiting a motivated Sales Representative to drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, acquiring new clients, and strengthening relationships with existing customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base
• Promote logistics and supply chain services to prospective clients across target industries
• Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure new business
• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Follow up on sales leads and convert prospects into long-term clients
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely support and resolving client concerns
• Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipelines, and account information
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within logistics, transportation, or related industry
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
