About the role

Customer Retention & Telesales Specialist

VivaFemini is hiring a Customer Retention & Telesales Specialist to drive growth through full-cycle conversion and proactive client management. You'll manage the entire user journey—from onboarding waitlist leads to managing high-value clinical clients—and be responsible for lifetime value (LTV) across the platform.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to waitlist leads, app sign-ups, and inquiries to convert them into paying subscribers and telehealth patients
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring engagement with tracking, clinical appointments, and marketplace benefits
  • Identify at-risk users and execute win-back strategies to reduce churn
  • Guide clients toward specialized modules (e.g., PCOS, Maternity plans) and marketplace products through upselling and cross-selling
  • Conduct regular wellness check-ins with premium clients to ensure they are achieving health goals
  • Maintain meticulous records of lead status, conversion rates, and retention metrics using CRM tools (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, ClickUp)

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Outbound Telesales, Inside Sales, or Account Management
  • Proven experience in a high-growth startup, FinTech, or HealthTech environment
  • Strong churn reduction and lifetime value optimization experience
  • Ability to discuss sensitive clinical topics (fertility, hormonal health, surgery) with empathy and professionalism
  • Target-driven with proven track record of hitting sales or retention quotas
  • Tech-fluent with CRM and lead pipeline management skills
  • Comfortable making daily outbound calls to leads and existing clients
  • Resourceful and able to hustle in a lean startup environment
  • Metrics-driven with documented success examples
  • Passion for women's health and ability to represent a clinical brand with excellence

Salary

Competitive Base + Performance Commission (linked to conversion and retention KPIs)
