Role Overview

Elemental Claims LLC is seeking an Appointment Setter / Inside Sales professional to join their remote team. The role involves communicating with homeowners who may need assistance filing property insurance claims, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for field representatives.

Responsibilities

• Responding to homeowners who engage with outreach regarding property insurance claims
• Speaking with homeowners who may need assistance filing an insurance claim for damage to their property
• Calling interested or potentially interested homeowners when needed
• Following existing scripts and proven appointment-setting system
• Answering basic questions and handling objections naturally
• Qualifying potential clients and identifying homeowners who may have a valid reason to file a property insurance claim
• Scheduling qualified appointments for field representatives/public adjusters
• Updating leads and appointments inside the CRM

Requirements

• Near-native American spoken English is required
• Comfortable communicating with American customers and understanding U.S. conversational culture
• Confident on the phone
• Persuasive without being overly aggressive
• Comfortable handling objections
• Reliable and consistent
• Comfortable using a CRM and learning new software
• Able to follow a system while still sounding natural
• Available during U.S. business hours

Salary

• $1,000 monthly base salary plus performance-based commission
• $200 for every lead that results in a signed client
• Expected total monthly compensation: $3,000 at 10 signed clients per month
