About the Role

A restaurant in Lekki is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Office/Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking and processing orders, handling customer inquiries, and managing online customer interactions to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and attend to customers promptly and professionally upon arrival. Assist customers with menu selections and provide information on products, meals, and promotions. Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen team. Process payments and issue receipts where applicable. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently. Respond to customer messages, inquiries, and orders received through social media, WhatsApp, phone calls, and other online channels. Coordinate with the kitchen and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house environment. Monitor customer satisfaction and escalate issues where necessary. Support daily administrative and operational activities as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum of National Diploma (ND) in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in customer service, front desk, reception, or a customer-facing role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills. Proficiency in the use of WhatsApp Business, social media platforms, and basic computer applications. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order-taking and record-keeping. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Experience in the hospitality, restaurant, or food service industry is an added advantage.

Salary range N100,000 - N150,000 per month.
