Oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, ensure hygiene and food safety standards, and maintain inventory and sales systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff.
• Manage shifts, customer service, and complaints.
• Monitor hygiene, food safety, stock, and inventory.
• Monitor POS, sales, online orders, and deliveries.
• Ensure SOPs and operational standards are followed.
• Report maintenance, operational, and financial issues.

Requirements

• 2–3 years’ experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail, or operations management.
• Previous team supervision experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Knowledge of inventory, POS, and basic financial management.
• Good understanding of hygiene and food-safety standards.
• Proactive, organised, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work under pressure and take ownership.

Salary ₦250,000–₦350,000
