Responsibilities:

• Manage employee records and HR documentation.
• Support employee relations and engagement.
• Ensure HR policy compliance.
• Handle leave administration and other HR operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years' experience in core HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR documentation, and compliance.
• Must reside with Egbeda and environs.
