Caring Habitat is seeking a Physiotherapist to provide physiotherapy consultations to inpatients and outpatients, develop care plans, conduct daily sessions, and maintain clinical documentation. The role also involves preparing reports and summaries for management.

Responsibilities

• Physiotherapy consultations to inpatients and outpatients.
• Responsible for initial review of new patients for admission and proposing physiotherapy care plan.
• Daily physiotherapy sessions also for inpatients and outpatients.
• Clinical documentation.
• Preparation of clinical reports, discharge summaries etc.
• Preparation of physiotherapy reports cascaded for management’s decision.
• Any other delegated responsibility as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelors of Physiotherapy (Corp member)
• Practicing License (Preferred)

Salary

• ₦100,000
