Sales Performance & Operations Manager (Real Estate)

Outsource Nigeria is seeking a Sales Performance & Operations Manager to drive commercial excellence in the real estate sector. This is a full-time role based in Aviation Town, Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Performance Leadership: Lead and optimize sales performance metrics and KPIs
• Commercial Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on commercial performance data
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and other departments to align goals and drive results

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales performance management or operations
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
• Excellent collaboration and leadership skills
• Real estate industry knowledge is advantageous
