Customer Service Officer

C&I Global Limited is hiring a Customer Service Officer to manage customer relations, process orders, coordinate pickups/deliveries, and handle complaints for a laundry service business. This is an entry-level, full-time role based in Lagos.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers professionally via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media
• Answer inquiries about laundry services, pricing, and turnaround times
• Receive, record, and process laundry orders accurately
• Prepare invoices and receipts
• Schedule and coordinate pickup and delivery services
• Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to management
• Follow up with customers post-delivery to maintain retention
• Promote additional services (dry cleaning, express service, home delivery)
• Maintain customer database and service logs
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

• Experience: 2 years (entry-level)

• Customer satisfaction rating: 90% or above
• Respond to inquiries within 5–10 minutes during business hours
• Resolve complaints within 24 hours
• Increase customer retention and repeat business
• Maintain accurate records with minimal errors

Salary

NGN 100,000 monthly
