About the role
Head of Marketing, Communications & Brand
Zino Group is seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Head of Marketing, Communications & Brand to lead all marketing, branding, public relations, content, and audience growth activities across its growing portfolio of companies including Zino Aviation, KUUZA AI, Songscribe AI, Zino Ventures, and personal brand initiatives.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping how the Group and its companies are perceived by stakeholders, clients, partners, investors, and the media. You will act as the guardian of the Group's brands, ensuring consistency and excellence across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing, communications, and brand strategies across all Group companies
- Define brand positioning and ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, visual identity, messaging, and tone of voice
- Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with growth objectives
- Drive audience growth across digital and offline channels
- Develop communication frameworks and oversee internal and external communications
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media houses, influencers, and industry commentators
- Develop and oversee content strategies across written, visual, audio, and video formats
- Lead thought leadership and executive personal branding initiatives
- Oversee digital marketing strategy and campaign execution (websites, social media, email, SEO, paid advertising)
- Leverage AI tools to improve marketing effectiveness, content creation, and campaign performance
- Lead, manage, mentor, and develop marketing and communications teams
- Monitor campaign performance, ROI, and industry trends
- Support reputation management and stakeholder communication initiatives
Requirements
- Strategic thinking combined with exceptional execution capability
- Experience in brand strategy, marketing, and communications
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and audience engagement
- Experience managing marketing teams and personnel
- Proficiency with modern AI tools for marketing, content creation, and data analysis
- Ability to develop data-driven marketing strategies
- Strong media relations and public relations experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience working across multiple business units or portfolio companies
- Knowledge of industry trends and competitor analysis
- Familiarity with campaign management and performance metrics
