Business Development Manager

Avilia Healthcare, an NHIA-accredited HMO based in Maitama, Abuja, is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead their expansion into corporate, SME, and retail markets.

Responsibilities:

• Own and consistently meet revenue targets
• Lead client meetings, proposals, and negotiations
• Build broker and partner relationships that generate consistent leads
• Manage a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting to signature

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of proven sales or business development experience, preferably in HMO, insurance, or financial services
• A demonstrable record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• A self-driven, target-oriented mindset
