Sales Executive - Oyo

Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will identify, engage and onboard medium to large organisations onto the WageX platform. You will build relationships with HR leaders, Finance executives and business decision-makers, present the value of WageX, and convert prospects into long-term corporate partners. This role is ideal for experienced B2B sales professionals who thrive on building relationships, closing deals and earning uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new corporate clients within your assigned territory
  • Build relationships with HR, Finance and Executive decision-makers
  • Present and demonstrate the benefits of the WageX solution
  • Generate qualified sales opportunities and manage them through the sales pipeline
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates
  • Consistently achieve monthly business development targets
  • Represent the MIM Finance and WageX brands professionally

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B or corporate sales
  • Experience selling financial services, fintech, HR solutions, payroll services, insurance or other enterprise solutions is highly desirable
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities
  • A self-driven, target-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Existing relationships with corporate organizations will be an added advantage
