Sales Executive - Oyo
Role Overview
As a Sales Executive, you will identify, engage and onboard medium to large organisations onto the WageX platform. You will build relationships with HR leaders, Finance executives and business decision-makers, present the value of WageX, and convert prospects into long-term corporate partners. This role is ideal for experienced B2B sales professionals who thrive on building relationships, closing deals and earning uncapped commissions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new corporate clients within your assigned territory
- Build relationships with HR, Finance and Executive decision-makers
- Present and demonstrate the benefits of the WageX solution
- Generate qualified sales opportunities and manage them through the sales pipeline
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates
- Consistently achieve monthly business development targets
- Represent the MIM Finance and WageX brands professionally
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B or corporate sales
- Experience selling financial services, fintech, HR solutions, payroll services, insurance or other enterprise solutions is highly desirable
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities
- A self-driven, target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Existing relationships with corporate organizations will be an added advantage
