Senior Sales Marketing Manager

ICS Outsourcing Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth and lead our sales team across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across industries
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team
• Identify new market opportunities and partnerships
• Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience
• Strong background in energy, engineering, technology and automotive sectors
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• MBA is an added advantage
