ServeBench Ltd. is hiring Trainee-Fiber-To-The-Home - FTTH Maintenance Technicians for outage resolution across Lagos. This hands-on training program equips you with the skills, tools and confidence to become a skilled FTTH professional.

Responsibilities

• Perform FTTH maintenance and outage resolution
• Handle cables, splicing, and use specialized tools like OTDR, power meter, and VFL
• Identify and troubleshoot faults
• Document and report findings
• Follow safety protocols and field practices

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of electricity, cables or networking (advantage but not compulsory)
• Able to use a smartphone & navigation apps
• Willing to work outdoors, climb ladders & in difficult locations
• Available for shifts, weekends & emergency call-outs
• Resident within or close to assigned cluster
• Good eyesight, colour identification & hand coordination
• Strong safety discipline
• No prior fibre experience is needed
