About the role
Field Sales Executive (B2B & B2C)
Beem Farm Foods is hiring a Field Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition, build strategic business partnerships, and accelerate revenue growth across Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and onboard new B2B customers; develop partnerships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, lounges, bars, caterers, supermarkets, grocery stores, food vendors, and corporate organizations; generate business opportunities through cold visits, referrals, networking, and market prospecting; negotiate supply agreements
- Sales & Customer Acquisition: Drive retail (B2C) customer acquisition through field marketing and direct engagement; promote product offerings; meet and exceed assigned sales targets; execute promotional activities and product sampling; upsell and cross-sell products
- Account Management: Maintain regular customer engagement; resolve customer concerns professionally; monitor purchasing patterns; identify opportunities for increased sales
- Market Intelligence: Gather insights on customer preferences, competitor activities, pricing trends, and emerging opportunities; provide regular market feedback to management
- Reporting: Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports; track leads, customer visits, conversions, and performance using approved templates
Requirements
- Minimum OND/HND/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years' proven experience in field sales, business development, or marketing
- Experience selling food products, FMCG, hospitality supplies, or related products (highly preferred)
- Demonstrable experience working with or selling into the HoReCa industry
- Strong knowledge of Lagos markets and commercial areas
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to identify opportunities and close sales independently
- Self-motivated with strong passion for achieving targets
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic reporting tools (added advantage)

- Achievement of monthly sales targets
- Number of new B2B accounts onboarded
- Number of HoReCa partnerships established
- Growth in B2C customer acquisition
- Customer retention and repeat purchase rate
- Revenue generated from assigned territories
- Quality and consistency of sales reporting
