Marketing Supervisor (Dry Hair Category)

Ascentech Services Limited is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure operational excellence within the Dry Hair product category. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of staff within the Dry Hair category
• Monitor team performance and ensure productivity targets are achieved
• Train, coach, and mentor team members to improve efficiency and customer service standards
• Ensure proper merchandising, product display, and stock replenishment
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to prevent stock shortages
• Maintain product knowledge and provide guidance on Dry Hair category products
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
• Conduct routine performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Collaborate with management to implement strategies that improve sales and operational efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly work environment

Requirements

• Minimum HND or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field
• Mandatory: Previous supervisory experience within the Dry Hair category
• 2–5 years of relevant supervisory experience
• Strong understanding of Dry Hair products, market trends, and customer needs
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management systems
• Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
