About the role

Diagnostic Centre Marketer

Lagos Executive Cardiovascular Centre is seeking a Diagnostic Centre Marketer to drive growth and market expansion of its diagnostic services including laboratory, imaging, cardiac, and specialized diagnostics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies to increase service utilization
  • Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, specialist practices, GPs, HMOs, corporate organizations, and NGOs
  • Conduct regular client visits to generate referrals and business opportunities
  • Promote diagnostic services including laboratory, radiology, cardiac diagnostics, wellness packages, and preventive health screenings
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements for corporate clients and partners
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities to expand the customer base
  • Coordinate health awareness campaigns, medical outreaches, and promotional events
  • Organize presentations and service demonstrations for prospective clients
  • Monitor competitors' activities, market trends, and customer needs
  • Ensure prompt follow-up on leads and maintain strong client relationships
  • Maintain an accurate database of prospects, referrals, and existing clients
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly business development reports
  • Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure excellent customer experience
  • Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and client acquisition targets

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or related field
  • Professional certification in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development (advantage)

Experience:

  • Minimum 3–5 years in healthcare marketing, business development, medical sales, or diagnostics marketing
  • Experience marketing laboratory, radiology, diagnostic imaging, or hospital services highly desirable
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and business development targets

  • Proposal writing and contract negotiation skills

  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of healthcare services and referral systems (advantage)
