About the role
Diagnostic Centre Marketer
Lagos Executive Cardiovascular Centre is seeking a Diagnostic Centre Marketer to drive growth and market expansion of its diagnostic services including laboratory, imaging, cardiac, and specialized diagnostics.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies to increase service utilization
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, specialist practices, GPs, HMOs, corporate organizations, and NGOs
- Conduct regular client visits to generate referrals and business opportunities
- Promote diagnostic services including laboratory, radiology, cardiac diagnostics, wellness packages, and preventive health screenings
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements for corporate clients and partners
- Identify new markets and business opportunities to expand the customer base
- Coordinate health awareness campaigns, medical outreaches, and promotional events
- Organize presentations and service demonstrations for prospective clients
- Monitor competitors' activities, market trends, and customer needs
- Ensure prompt follow-up on leads and maintain strong client relationships
- Maintain an accurate database of prospects, referrals, and existing clients
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly business development reports
- Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure excellent customer experience
- Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and client acquisition targets
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or related field
- Professional certification in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development (advantage)
Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years in healthcare marketing, business development, medical sales, or diagnostics marketing
- Experience marketing laboratory, radiology, diagnostic imaging, or hospital services highly desirable
- Proven track record of achieving sales and business development targets
