Human Resources Manager

Roundsquare Integrated Services Limited is seeking an experienced and highly organised Human Resources Manager to lead its HR and administration function. The role involves recruitment coordination, onboarding, staff documentation, attendance and punctuality tracking, employee relations, disciplinary documentation, performance management, personnel file management, HR reporting, and workplace accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR and administration functions
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding
• Manage staff documentation and attendance
• Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters
• Conduct performance management and maintain personnel files
• Prepare HR reports and ensure workplace accountability

Requirements

• First degree or HND in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Management, or related field
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years' relevant experience in HR, administration, people operations, or employee relations
• At least 2 to 3 years’ experience supervising or coordinating HR/Admin support staff
• Strong experience in recruitment, onboarding, staff documentation, attendance management, employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary documentation
• Good knowledge of HR policies, workplace conduct, confidentiality, documentation, and basic labor relations principles
• Experience in a service business, travel agency, hospitality, aviation, customer service, logistics, consulting, or SME environment
• Ability to implement HR SOPs, checklists, trackers, and workflow controls
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, HR trackers, and HR reporting
• Professional certification or membership of CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or any recognized HR body
• High integrity, confidentiality, fairness, firmness, and professionalism

Salary ₦600,000 monthly gross
