Shopify E-commerce Manager

FMR Agency's client, a fast-growing fashion and retail brand, is seeking a commercially driven Shopify E-commerce Manager to lead and scale digital commerce operations — managing the Shopify platform, driving e-commerce growth, and leveraging AI-powered tools to improve customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the commercial performance of the Shopify platform
• Develop and execute e-commerce, digital marketing, and growth strategies
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve acquisition, conversion, and efficiency
• Design digital assets, workflows, and AI-driven solutions
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok)
• Optimize website performance, merchandising, and conversion rates
• Develop email marketing, remarketing, and abandoned cart recovery strategies
• Monitor key metrics (traffic, conversion, CAC, ROAS, retention, revenue)
• Collaborate with sales, content, product, and creative teams
• Participate in campaign planning, photoshoots, and marketing events

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience managing Shopify stores or e-commerce platforms
• Strong hands-on Shopify proficiency (mandatory)
• Demonstrable experience in growth, digital, and performance marketing
• Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and analytics platforms
• Experience with AI tools and automation platforms
• Fashion, lifestyle, retail, or consumer goods industry experience is highly preferred

Salary ₦400,000 – ₦600,000 monthly (Net)
