A Music Instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging music lessons for individual students or small groups, covering instruments such as Violin, Keyboard, Guitar, Saxophone, and Vocal training. They implement the DTA's SHRID niche, manage classroom/studio environments, support student welfare, and collaborate with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality music lessons for individual students or small groups.
• Implement DTA's SHRID niche, focusing on skill acquisition, individualized teaching, and vocal clarity.
• Design and administer assessments to evaluate student understanding and performance.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and grades.
• Create a positive learning environment and manage musical instruments and equipment.
• Monitor student well-being and provide individualized support.
• Collaborate with parents, staff, and other teachers.
• Participate in professional development and school events.
• Adhere to DTA policies and procedures.
