Tech City Real Estate Limited, a fast-growing real estate company, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Lead to join their team. The role involves leading and managing a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Train and mentor junior sales staff.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales leadership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Salary N150,000 - N250,000 per month (Plus Commission & Incentives).
