About the role
Sales Executive
ASA SECURITY is seeking a Sales Executive to drive sales growth and serve as a key point of contact between the organization and its clients, promoting security products and services to potential and existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key point of contact between the organization and clients
- Drive sales growth and promote company products and services
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the physical security services industry
- Identify and acquire new clients in high-demand segments (luxury estates, retail outlets, corporate offices)
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with high-level decision-makers
- Meet or exceed sales targets
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degree or Sales/Marketing certification preferred)
- Experience: 5–10 years of proven sales experience, preferably in security services or related industries
- Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Results-driven mindset with track record of meeting/exceeding targets
- In-depth understanding of the Lagos market and business environment
- Knowledge of market segments: residential, corporate, retail, industrial
- Contract negotiation expertise
- CRM proficiency
- Strong reporting abilities
- Integrity and professionalism
