About the role

Sales Executive

ASA SECURITY is seeking a Sales Executive to drive sales growth and serve as a key point of contact between the organization and its clients, promoting security products and services to potential and existing customers.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key point of contact between the organization and clients
  • Drive sales growth and promote company products and services
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the physical security services industry
  • Identify and acquire new clients in high-demand segments (luxury estates, retail outlets, corporate offices)
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements with high-level decision-makers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degree or Sales/Marketing certification preferred)
  • Experience: 5–10 years of proven sales experience, preferably in security services or related industries
  • Required Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Results-driven mindset with track record of meeting/exceeding targets
    • In-depth understanding of the Lagos market and business environment
    • Knowledge of market segments: residential, corporate, retail, industrial
    • Contract negotiation expertise
    • CRM proficiency
    • Strong reporting abilities
    • Integrity and professionalism
