Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)
The Chief Nursing Officer will be responsible for overseeing the nursing services and ensuring the highest standards of patient care at Maduka University Teaching Hospital.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all nursing operations
- Ensure quality patient care and compliance with healthcare standards
- Lead and mentor nursing staff
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Nursing with a current practicing license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN)
- National Youth Service Corps Discharge certificate or Exemption letter
- 8 to 15 years of clinical and administrative healthcare experience in Nigeria
