Junior Recruiter (Ikeja)

Whipsmart Services Provider Limited is seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join their in-house recruitment team. The role involves sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and deploying domestic staff while ensuring accurate recruitment documentation and maintaining communication with candidates and clients.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified domestic staff for client placements.
• Screen applications and conduct interviews with prospective candidates.
• Assess candidates' suitability for available roles.
• Coordinate the deployment of successful candidates to clients.
• Conduct onboarding and basic orientation/training for newly recruited staff.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate recruitment documentation and employee records.
• Follow up with deployed staff and clients to ensure successful placements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and procedures.
• Support other HR and recruitment activities as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and report-writing skills.
• Must reside in Ikeja or nearby areas, or be willing to commute daily.
