Responsibilities

• Lead strategic hiring across corporate, specialist, and leadership roles
• Conduct workforce planning and talent advisory with business leaders
• Develop proactive talent pipelining and executive sourcing strategies
• Create recruitment strategies that improve quality of hire and speed to hire
• Deliver exceptional candidate experience from attraction through onboarding
• Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent
• Provide recruitment insights and data to influence business decisions

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years' experience in Talent Acquisition or Executive Recruitment
• Strong background recruiting within financial services, banking, fintech, or regulated industries
• Proven experience hiring for senior, specialist, and business-critical roles
• Ability to influence stakeholders, challenge hiring decisions, and act as a trusted talent advisor
• Expertise in sourcing, market mapping, executive search, and modern recruitment tools

Salary

₦800,000 – ₦1,100,000 Net monthly

Work Arrangement

Hybrid (1 day onsite per week)
