Internal Control Manager

An Internal Control Manager builds and manages a company's system of financial and operational checks. They create policies, test risk controls, prevent fraud, and ensure the business follows laws and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Operations Oversight: Manage daily transport, routing, and warehouse storage facilities.
• Budget & Cost Control: Track fuel expenses, vehicle upkeep, and overall supply chain spending.
• Team Leadership: Supervise logistics staff, drivers, and shift coordinators.
• Vendor Management: Negotiate carrier pricing and service level agreements.
• Process Optimization: Track performance metrics like on-time delivery rates and fleet usage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Professional certifications like CIA, CPA, ACCA, or ICAN.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or compliance.
• Deep knowledge of control frameworks like COSO.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
