About the role

Sales Manager – Ellasot Consulting

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in the property sector. You will develop and implement sales strategies, manage client relationships, supervise sales personnel, and achieve property sales targets.

Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity
  • Set sales goals, monitor performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback
  • Develop action plans to increase market share and drive business growth

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, clients, and stakeholders
  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings

Client Relationship Management

  • Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
  • Handle key client negotiations and close high-value property transactions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management
  • Utilize CRM tools and sales analytics to improve business performance

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, Real Estate, or a related field

Experience

  • Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in sales, business development, or sales management
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
