Human Resources Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR operations and support the growth of our organization.
Responsibilities • Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. • Develop HR policies and drive employee engagement. • Provide HR support to leadership. • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws. • Oversee compensation, benefits, and HR reporting.
Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven HR management experience. • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices. • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Salary ₦500,000 – ₦550,000 net/month
