After-Sales Inventory Supervisor

MeWe Electronics is seeking an After-Sales Inventory Supervisor to ensure seamless availability, storage, and distribution of spare parts across all service centers, field technician teams, and authorized repair partners.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless availability, storage, and distribution of spare parts across service centers, field technician teams, and authorized repair partners
• Forecast parts demand using deep product-specific knowledge and manage supplier relations
• Reduce inventory holding costs while supporting the technical team in minimizing product repair turnaround times
• Establish and maintain minimum/maximum stock levels for critical, high-failure components to prevent stockouts and over-stocking
• Source original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and high-quality aftermarket spare parts
• Negotiate lead times, pricing, and minimum order quantities with suppliers
• Monitor vendor compliance regarding part quality, defect rates, and delivery punctuality

Requirements

• Deep product-specific knowledge for parts demand forecasting
• Strong supplier relationship management experience
• Expertise in inventory management and cost optimization
• Experience with OEM and aftermarket parts sourcing
• Vendor compliance monitoring capability
