About the role

Front Desk & Administrative Officer

Greenland Concepts Nigeria Limited is seeking a professional Front Desk & Administrative Officer to manage front office operations and provide exceptional customer service in their Abuja office.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and business partners with warm and professional reception
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries, directing them appropriately
  • Receive, record, and distribute correspondence, packages, and official documents
  • Schedule appointments and maintain executives' calendars
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare facilities
  • Maintain organized filing systems for physical and electronic records
  • Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and administrative documents
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for staff and visitors
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure security compliance
  • Assist in organizing company events, trainings, and corporate activities
  • Liaise with vendors on office maintenance and facility management
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Office Management, Public Administration, Mass Communication, or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years proven experience in Front Desk, Administrative, Office Management, or Customer Service role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with professional appearance and attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Experience with office equipment and digital communication tools

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in corporate organizations, professional services firms, or real estate companies
  • Knowledge of records management and office administration best practices
  • Familiarity with document management systems and scheduling software
