Full Stack AI Developer

A high-ownership engineering role focused on building and shipping software products from zero to first paying customer. This execution-heavy position prioritizes speed, product delivery, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate software development.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack software products end-to-end, from idea to first paying customer
• Prioritize speed of execution and functional reliability over perfection
• Develop simple but scalable architectures for early-stage products
• Lead bi-weekly technical meetings and review system architecture, code structure, and design trade-offs
• Act as technical advisor to the Founder on product engineering decisions
• Identify, test, and deploy AI tools to improve development speed and quality
• Continuously experiment with new AI-assisted development workflows
• Align technical decisions with business priorities and revenue goals
• Focus on building features that directly contribute to user acquisition and monetization

Requirements

• Experience as a technical founder or early-stage engineer in a high-growth startup
• Strong bias for execution and shipping products quickly
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, zero-to-one environments
• Strong understanding of full-stack systems and product architecture
• Ability to balance technical decisions with business impact
• Confident challenging assumptions and improving system design
• Fully remote with mandatory daily check-ins
• High ownership and accountability for outcomes
• Willingness to work outside traditional 9–5 structures, including weekends where necessary
