PPC Limited is a reputable healthcare infrastructure company seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to drive growth across assigned territories in Nigeria. This senior-level role focuses on securing optimal coverage, building partnerships with healthcare facilities, and delivering revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute mid- to long-term channel strategy within assigned territory and business segment
• Manage territory and secure optimal coverage of healthcare facilities
• Contact and engage potential partners including Government and Private Hospitals, Diagnostic Centres, Company Clinics, and NGOs
• Discover client needs, close sales, and ensure territory coverage
• Drive revenue and cash generation through profitable sales
• Manage sales funnel, forecasting, and service/product positioning
• Conduct sales performance reviews, set targets, and plan sales activities
• Secure and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, technical partners, and channel partners
• Implement account management practices and maintain healthy account database
• Develop territory through regional business planning, market trend analysis, and competitive intelligence

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Science (minimum)
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in healthcare sector, with emphasis on medical equipment sales
• Proven experience in business development, territory management, and marketing
• Market/industry knowledge and channel strategy expertise
• Strong technical knowledge, presentation, and communication skills
• Computing skills
• Fluent English
