Savalor HR Consulting's client, a reputable and fast-growing pharmaceutical company, is seeking a customer-focused and results-driven Customer Sales Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving sales growth and building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and digital channels
• Process orders accurately and provide timely follow-up
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Identify sales opportunities and recommend suitable products or solutions
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM and digital tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and achieve targets

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Sales, Sales Support, or related role
• Experience using CRM systems and digital customer engagement tools
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
