Senior Full Stack Developer (C#/.NET Technical Lead)

Strivo Labs is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade web and platform solutions. You will serve as a technical leader, mentor development teams, and drive engineering excellence across projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-stack software development initiatives
• Design scalable and maintainable software architectures
• Develop frontend applications using modern JavaScript frameworks
• Develop backend services and APIs using C# and ASP.NET Core
• Guide technical decision-making and architectural standards
• Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level developers
• Collaborate with Product Managers, QA Engineers, and stakeholders
• Manage deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure application security, performance, and scalability

Requirements

Leadership & Experience:

• 7+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years leading development teams
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing engineering delivery across multiple projects
• Ability to mentor, train, and grow engineering teams
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Technical Skills:

• Backend: C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, Microservices Architecture
• Frontend: React.js, Angular, or Vue.js; HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Database: Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL
• Cloud & DevOps: Microsoft Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines

• Microsoft Certifications
• Azure Certifications
• Experience building SaaS platforms
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments
• Experience managing distributed engineering teams
